Flurreiyal Trinity World's NFT Ownership:
1. Ownership:
You own your purchase of Flurreiy’s NFT. Trinity World’s NFTs are minted on the Ethereum Blockchain. When you purchase each NFT you own the underlying elements, traits, & final composition of the art. Since FTW’s NFT variants contain multiple use of traits *ALL* trait assets are shared amongst *ALL* Flurreiy NFT Owners.
Each NFT ownership is verified cryptographically on the Ethereum Blockchain. This is the individuals proof of ownership & grants rights within this document. Once the NFT leaves ownership, all personal & commercial use terms are then revoked.
What “WE” own:
The Name & Intellectual Property involved in Flurreiyal Trinity World’s NFT Collections are owned by JD here @ FTW. All rights that are not specifically granted to the users & owners of FTW NFTs below are reserved by Flurreiyal Trinity World. This includes, but is not limited to, the intellectual property rights surrounding the images, logos, covers, 3D layer files, trademarks, the website, the ability to mint 3D, voxel, or other versions of FTW’s NFTs, the look & feel of the user interface, the smart contract code, or anything else not specifically granted by any following licenses.
2. Personal Use; Subject to compliance with these terms:
Flurreiyal Trinity World grants you a royalty-free license to use, copy, display, & modify your personally owned FTW NFT Artwork. This usage is granted world-wide for the purpose of:
=Personal & NON-Commercial use=
=Display & use your NFT on External Websites=
=Ability to Buy, Sell, & Trade your NFT=
=Deconstruct for usage of displaying Trait Asset Art=
=Usage of FTW Name, Icon, & Logo=
3. Commercial Use; Subject to compliance with such terms:
Flurreiyal Trinity World grants unlimited use, copy, & display of your owned FTW NFT Artwork. This is for the creative derivative works based on the owned NFT.
(For the purpose of)
=Produce & Sell Merchandise up to $100,000<Apperal, Printed Art, Stickers>=
=Usage in Print<Comics, Graphic Novels, Posters, Animated Series>=
“WE” don’t want to see any other projects utilizing our individual crafted layers, so FTW is not open to you minting new NFTs that are derivatives of our collections, change the original Trinity NFTs, or minting another full project using Flurreiy in ANY WAY. Other than that, you can create whatever merchandise you would like up to 100,000 USD & should you approach that number or expect to go beyond it please reach out to Flurreiyal Trinity World so we can discuss a licensing deal for ANYTHING beyond that amount.
4. Excluded Use:
These terms exclude you from the following usage:
=Duplicating & Reselling your Flurreiyal Trinity World NFT as Newly Minted NFTs without 85% or more modifications to the original artwork=
=Using your NFT’s Flurreiyal Traits as elements on New Minted NFTs without 85% or more modifications to the original artwork=
5. Definitions:
The following terms go by these meanings:
=Art/Artwork= means any art, design, & drawings that may be associated with a Flurreiyal Trinity World’s NFT that you own.
=Own= means, when in accordance to a FTW NFT of Flurreiy, that you have purchased or otherwise rightfully acquired from a legitimate source, such as a trade, where proof of such purchase is recorded on the relevant blockchain.
=Purchased FTW NFTs= means a Flurreiyal Trinity World NFT you own.
=Trait assets= means the Artwork associated with each graphic trait. This includes any original trait in our trait assets as defined by our code.
=Flurreiyal Trinity World retains the ownership of Flurreiy A Seekzer’s Odyssey’s Name & Logo, as well as, the rights to use, modify, & distribute all minted NFTs for use of marketing & promotional purposes. FTW retains ownership & rights to distribute, copy, & modify Flurreiy’s Trait Asset Artwork, commercially & as NFTs=
=Trinity’s NFTs are NOT intended as investments=
=FTW’s NFTs are meant to be a fun Non-Fungible Token for you to collect. They are NOT meant as investment vehicles. “WE” make absolutely no promise or guarantee that these NFTs will be worth anything more than what you & the market deem the Artwork to be worth. This could very well be zero. You understand that they have no inherent monetary value, & they should be treated as nothing more than a collectible with potential future value or lack thereof=
=Taxes= You are entirely responsible for any tax liability which may arise from minting or reselling your FTW NFT.
=CHILDREN= The Flurreiyal Trinity World NFT project is NOT targeted towards children. You agree that you are over the age of 18, or above the legal age of your current jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
=Terms & Conditions are subject to change at any time=
These terms may be discretionarily modified or replaced at any time, unless stated otherwise herein. The most current version of this Agreement will be posted on the Website with the most recent “Updated” version’s date at the top of the Agreement changed. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions to the Site. You shall be responsible for reviewing & becoming familiar with any such changes or modifications. Use of the Platform by you after any modification to the Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the Agreement as modified. If you do not agree to the Agreement in effect when you access or use the Platform, we may, at any time & without prior notice, modify or discontinue ALL or part of the Platform (INCLUDING access to the Platform via any third-party links).
